Pineapple Casserole



Drain pineapple (reserve juice). Mix sugar, flour, and juice. Add pineapple, butter, and cheese. Mix well. Put in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 300 °F for 20 minutes and then 350 °F for 20 more minutes. Put crumbs on top and brown lightly.

Use as a salad or as an accompaniament, such as for ham.
