Sauerkrautsalat (Sauerkraut Salad)
1 can sour kraut, drained
1 cup chopped pepper, red and green
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup sugar
Mix together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
1/4 cup Crisco oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix together dress the chilled salad mixture.
